This has been my best experience in tire service. I have been to big o tires, discount tires and it feels like they are just out for your money. Those other places tell you need it but cant elaborate why. This is not that place. They are so friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and honest. Dan and his team recommended a tire change but were honest enough to say it can last a bit more if you need that time. They then informed me of specials coming up for tires that would end up saving me money. That means more money for my family. I had wasted hundreds on rotations and alignments not knowing firestone offers lifetime of these services once you purchase it. This alone is worth coming in. Leonard the GM was very helpful, thorough and responsive. The service altogether was fast and efficient and when driving off the lot, the car felt way better. Went in for a Wheel Alignment and and they did not take long at all. I trust this Firestone and greatly recommend them, especially if you're in a tight spot with fixing your car.

I spoke with Jason on the phone the day before, explaining all the maintenance codes that popped up that I wanted completed. He was patient with me and went through each one explaining the cost and whether Firestone performs that service or not. We scheduled my appointment for the following day. On that day, issues arose during servicing my vehicle, specifically needed 1 new tire (mine had a screw in an area that could not be repaired) but it was not in stock at this location. He called 2 or 3 other Firestone locations looking for something comparable both in style, look, and price to the other 3 on my vehicle that did not need replacing. Jason and Leonard helped to eventually find a tire that fit my needs and it was in stock. The price was obviously higher than he estimated the day before

Oil change reliability in today’s climate is precious.appointments are certainly recommended as this location is dependable. The prices reflect the service (wink) . I recommend this location for all of your automotive needs. This is a location that you can trust with your investment. The 5th star is because they are hard workers.

Customer Service is excellent. Completed the service to my car expeditiously. And the price was unbelievable. I have recommended coworkers to visit this location if ever they are in need of auto service. I have only taken my car to Lincoln. This now will change
