Today’s service from Firestone was very refreshing in a world of bad service centers. Su assisted me with my tire installation and answered all of my questions. She was able to get me in right after my work day. Also, she was incredibly sweet and is a perfect example of fantastic customer service!

Great store great staff! I had my fuel pump replaced and it was one of the best experiences I have had in an auto shop. During the process it was discovered that I had an existing issue with the bracket that held my gas tank. Both the mechanic and manager (George) made sure I left with a good repair and that my vehicle was safe to drive.

Absolutely amazing! We’re very transparent and gave me a really good deal! I had gone to another service shop and was estimated an extreme amount, but decided to give this location a call and get an estimate and it was very much affordable especially for all the work that they did for me! As a female going into car repair shops, it is a little worrisome, but I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. I definitely highly recommend to everybody.

Every experience I have had at this Firestone location has been exceptional. The entire team is always helpful and communicative throughout the process. On this particular visit, My Sales and Service Specialist, Montelle, listened closely to my concerns and help to prepare the work order to meet my needs. Once the service had begun on the car the Service Technician, Tommy, went over his findings directly with me in order to assure that I understood what he had discovered. At the end of the service the team provided me some additional service recommendations in order to keep my car in top condition. Extraordinary work from the entire team.
