Firestone Complete Auto Care

Went here for an oil change and alignment on my 2011 Mustang GT. After waiting about 30 minutes, they came back and said they couldn’t work on it because it’s ProCharged. The pro charger has nothing to do with the oil system, so that explanation didn’t make sense. I then asked them to at least complete the alignment since that was one of the original services I came in for, and they told me I’d have to come back in a few days. Overall, it felt like my time wasn’t respected. If you’re not comfortable working on modified vehicles, that should be communicated upfront before making customers wait. This place needs better management

Booked an alignment online called to check a price for new wheels and tires. There was so much confusion from who I found out later was the manager. He stated they normally don’t do alignments on the truck. There was also great confusion on the mount and balance of the new tires and wheels. When I got off the phone I called the 800 number on the bottom of the booking email who confirmed some locations do not do alignments on larger trucks HOWEVER the location I booked at does. She then called for the store manager and conferenced him into the call and that is how I found out the guy I spoke to was the manager who said he never said that. First off… no one ever answers the phone at this location. I called multiple times on multiple days to make an appointment, finally went through the website to book my appointment. I had an appointment at 8:00 am, was not even acknowledge by an employee until someone else walked in, 10 min after I had been standing there. Wasn’t checked in to my appointment until 8:15, person checking me in was a bit rude and more concerned about getting through the line of people then helping the one standing in front of him. I told them I would be waiting while my service was being done. At 8:55 I asked an employee why I had an 8am appointment yet my car was still sitting there? This women said she didn’t know she just got there, she had been there for over 30 min and didn’t even bother to look into it.

Had an appointment for Saturday 1:00 PM Jairo Morales ( Manager ) Make my Appointment ( change 4 tires on my work truck ) I got 20:00 minutes before my appointment i was told it was going to take 2 to 3 hours ok. I was going to dropped off and come back at the end of the day . And I ask if I can pick up in the morning. They said was fine . Open at 7:00 AM got at 9:00 my truck still parked at the same spot. Is 11:00 AM Sunday still waiting. Trying to be respectful to the guy here but is really a B.S . As a costumer is really frustrating and when a costumer get mad they ask why. Really. Poor customer service. I made 2 appointments for a tire rotation that were not kept. Monday, I had an appointment at Noon. I sat in the lobby for over 1.5 hours and my car had not been serviced and I had not received any feedback from the service or reception team informing of the status. No communication whatsoever. I went to the front desk to ask status and then they tell me it could be a 2 hours because they are backed up. So I asked to reschedule to today Saturday for the 1st slot which they said was 0800. I get here at 0740 and my car wasn't taken back until 0920. At no time did the service reps provide me with a status.
