Firestone Tire and Brake Pros

I’ve been bringing two of my cars here for a couple of years now and have always had a great experience so just wanted to write a review to show some love. Ivan and Ryan always take care of me and my vehicles here with quality oil and filters, quick turnaround time on their work, and great vibes here. The guys in the back are great too at getting the car in and out in a timely manner without being careless about their work or your car. I used to go to other competitors in town but after coming here once, I’ve brought my Lexus and my corvette here to be serviced on brakes and regular oil changes. Check em out if you guys are looking for an honest customer service oriented shop.

Please beware. My father recently came here for an oil change with a 39.99 coupon. The person who helped him assured him he would get that price in my dad left a coupon on the seat. However, the technician ended up charging him the full 69.99 even when my dad went out back to his car to present the coupon. They refuse to give him his car without him paying the full price of the oil change, which is shady against an 80-year-old man. He did not want to argue with them so he left. I called to ask them for the discounted price to be reimbursed to my dad. I was told it was an honest mistake that the tech made and that they would take the coupon on his next visit, which is unacceptable to me. Called in the morning & was able to schedule same day oil change, front & back brake service plus front rotors at an affordable price that didn’t break the budget. Ivan‘s customer service was outstanding!

The service guy behind the counter was great. He got me exactly what I wanted. Maybe even more. Very probably very humble. I would highly suggest you get your tires from there. Firestone rocks!

- I opened the glove (box) compartment and it fell onto the floor of my car. That was after my 2nd or 3rd visit to Firestone, whereby they replaced my cabin air filter(s). The front counter person apologized and had the shop guys reattach my glove box properly. - A different time I showed up to Firestone for my regular oil change and tire rotation, after I purchased two tires from a different tire shop, due to logistical reasons. By the time I made it to Firestone, one of my new tires was nearly flat; there was a nail in it. Instead of making me drive back to the original tire shop for a free flat repair, the Firestone associate discounted my flat repair at their shop. - You always buy two tires: I had a spare tire and used it when one of my tires blew out beyond repairable status.
