We have been going to Firestone Tire and Brake Pros for years, we come back again and again with all our cars. They have great customer service and knowledgeable mechanics . Daniel is always receptive to questions and goes above and beyond. They never try to pressure you into work that doesn't need to be done. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Dan is a great manager. He is always welcoming and you know you are in good hands with him. He takes his time to explain and his patient with you getting things done correctly and everything done.Perfect. I would recommend this location to everyone. Since 2007, I always been shopping and using this place as a primary store for my tires needs. Both my wife and I are computers and we are constantly on the Road. As continued customer spend lots money and bought services like alignment and recommend tires for my four cars. As it turned out, recently my wife car got a flat tire. I send her to this place to fix the flat. As it turned this place charged her FULL price of $120 for fixing a flat tire and claiming the flat tire was not fixable. As shown from picture send by my wife the tire was worn from inside and the manager charged her anyway. She paid the money and I expressed to the manager my frustration and told him that would be my last visit to his shop and simply expressed that he does not care! Needed a 100,000 mile inspection and these guys were on point. Helpful and professional. And no price gauging or attempts to sell me something I didn't want or need. Repeat customer for life.

The Guy who works there seems like a really nice guy. However the customer service is not up to par. I dropped my car off at 9:00 a.m. for an oil change. I told them I would be back at 2:00 p.m. to pick it up. I asked if I should wait for their call or just stop on by. He said it would definitely be ready by 2:00 p.m. so just stop on by. When I came back 5 hours later they hadn't even touched my vehicle yet and said they're going to jump right on it, it'll take about an hour. Unbelievable! I left it there for 5 hours and they couldn't do a simple oil change. It was a complete waste of time. Like I said, the people who work there seem very nice but leaving my car there for 5 hours for a simple oil change and it not being ready when I get back is unacceptable.
