First Choice Auto Towing

Tow truck driver lost our car key, requiring us to get new keys cut. They refuse to pay for it. Since I can't seem to reply to FCA's response, I will need to edit it. Driver did recover the keys, nearly a week later. The car was in our mechanic's lot and needed to be serviced. We could not leave the car in their way for what turned out to be days. That not only impacts our work, but the mechanic's as well as they would not be able to work around it.

My car broke down and I needed a tow. Very friendly dispatcher who set me up with a fair price and the truck was there within 15 minutes. Daniel, my driver, was very friendly and punctual. My car made it to the shop with no issues and I was able to get back to work with minimal issues. Will def keep them in mind next time I need a tow.

First Choice Towing is my new go-to towing company.
