First Choice Automotive

After seeing all the 5 star reviews I was a bit skeptical. But I thought I’d give them a shot anyway because I just moved here and they are only 4 mins up the road from me. It’s difficult to find an honest mechanic anywhere nowadays. And having to have your auto inspected once a year in PA stinks. Well I can certainly confirm the reason FCA has all 5 star reviews. It’s a family business who does great quality work, doesn’t skimp on part quality, gave me a written quote before proceeding, kept in contact through all the stages of the process. The job was all done at a very reasonable cost and in a timely manner to say the least. It’s almost hard to believe that the first auto repair / inspection business I stumbled upon is going to be my go-to from now on but here I am. At first I thought

Great service! I was skeptical about the 5 star reviews, because they can be fake. But rest assured they deserve every star they get. Took me on short notice and I was in and out. Price was also great. Need I say more!!

This review is long overdue.. this is truly a Mom and Pop shop. They don’t rake you over the coals, Rick knows his stuff. I recommend them to anybody who is skeptical of their existing mechanic and wants a fair shake and to be truly informed about their vehicle status. This type of care is hard to come by these days. They won’t force you into anything but they’ll show you what needs to be addressed, whether it’s repairs that need immediate attention or repairs that are required for future maintenance.

So glad I found this place! Rick was honest and straightforward, and did a fantastic job with a pretty rare/exotic car that a lot of mechanics typically avoid. He and his wife just seem to have a true passion for what they do, and they've earned a lifetime customer as a result.
