The guys at First Class Auto Service are exceptional in their knowledge, talent and skill. They service my car, my mother's two vehicles and a couple of my neighbors cars as well. They use top-notch Grade A quality materials that I feel so comfortable with and paying for. They aren't the cheapest repair shop in the area, but the confidence and reassurance you receive along side those other attributes is well worth it which, to me, is fair trade. Additionally, the customer service experience is superb as well. These folks have earned all of my automotive repair business. Oh, btw, they sell cars too and they got some really nice stuff in their inventory!

Before this incident, I had multiple good things to say. Both of the calipers on my breaks lost a bolt at the same time while I was driving, I called this shop (they replaced my brakes and rotors) and they said they couldnt take a look at it until wednesday at the earliest ( i called on a monday ) So i took it to another shop where they showed me what First Class Auto didnt do correctly. I called First Class to discuss reimbursement and they told me I would have to pay to have it towed back to the shop and the only way i could be reimbursed is if they fixed it. Shame because I had great interactions before this.

You can't quantify safety. This becomes particularly poignant when the safety of a young family, including a 10-month-old child, is at stake. While First Class Auto attempted to rectify their mistake, the gravity of their initial oversight remains unchanged. Did they try to correct their mistake? Yes. Does that make the mistake any less heinous? No. TL; DR: First Class Auto Service incorrectly installed front struts, leading to a dangerous malfunction in the upper strut mount - where the entire weight of the car was improperly supported, risking severe consequences. Story: The job was simple, replace front suspension, all the parts were supplied & installation was all that needed to happen. I will be the first to say that finding a mechanic is hard, especially one that you can rely on. It took me going to numerous shops until I stumbled upon first class auto service while driving down hikes lane. What got me in the door was that they are open on Saturdays so you really can’t beat that. As for the staff, Cory was very helpful in getting all my questions answered, and explaining what was found through the diagnostic process. As for the work that was done, my car is no longer making the noise that it was making for months as different mechanics were not able to solve my wheel bearing issues.
