First Class Halt - Anderson

Great experience even though I didn’t fix my ol’ Corolla. Place was super clean. Took me in the shop to see the process. Shout out to service writer Brody. Very professional and great attitude. They all treated me as if I had new car. Even though I decided not to repair the Corolla I will definitely be back with my wife’s 2025 Accord for the services.

This was my first time at H.A.L.T. and I was very impressed. My Lexus had recently come out of warranty and the Dealership said I needed a brake fluid transfer. I called Halt and spoke to Brody to get a quote. He told me I needed to come in for an inspection to determine if it was needed. They did a thorough inspection ( at no charge) and it turned out that I did need it at this time. They also found a few other issues that can be addressed at a later time. Their customer service is excellent. Everyone is professional and cordial. They make sure you are completely satisfied and don’t have any questions before you leave, and they also follow up a few days later. I’m so glad we have them in Anderson! Highly recommend.

This was my first time here. I’ve had my car back for almost 2 months now and at first I was just going to brush this off and not leave a review but after thinking on it for a while I feel like something needs to be said. First off, let me say I spent $5600 at this place. So I expected the utmost attention to detail to my car. However, when I got my car back, I noticed my maintenance light was flashing. This got me curious so I popped my hood and looked around and then I noticed also my coolant was completely empty! The mechanic apparently forgot to reset the maintenance light and refill my coolant. How are you going to do a coolant flush and not even refill it? So I contacted them and he said to bring it back and they would fix everything. Well, it was a 45 minute drive for me and then I

Brody is absolutely amazing at his job! He is such a fantastic communicator. I had called around many places to see if anyone could look at my Honda CRV' SRS system, to my dismay, no one could give me an answer until Brody at Halt. They even other complimentary shuttle within 10miles and Andrew was so wonderful. Malik made sure to get my CRV back together in a timely fashion so I could get back to my small business sooner! First Class Halt always has my business!

Very friendly, but just to tell me what was wrong with my lights was $200 dollars. I do appreciate running the diagnostics, but I believe an estimate could have been done based on just looking at the issue. I previously went to Piedmont Honda and they gave me an estimate without charging me to look it over. To replace two tail lights, the quote with everything included was $1800. I understand having OEM parts but there were no other options given to me. I was able to purchase lights and have my husband complete the work for $130 less than the “diagnostic”. I I was thankful to weigh options before making any decisions. It saved me so much money.
