Listen, if you’ve read my reviews before then you know I’m going to give you the tea! Let me start by saying it’s been YEARS since I’ve needed a car towed being I’ve driven new cars. Becoming an entrepreneur has had my pockets in a chokehold. I decided to keep my BMW 528i when I purchased a RR Velar. Well good ole BMW has gotten some miles on her and it’s time to replace EVERYTHING. Heading home from Decatur it figures she had enough, and cut off! It was after hours and I had no idea what to do. I called my insurance agent Ritara (Superior Insurance) the next day only to learn I went with liability coverage which doesn’t have towing services. I had an amazing experience with First Come Roadside. They responded quickly, arrived right on time, and were incredibly professional and friendly. Antonio explained everything clearly and made sure I was safe and comfortable while he worked. He even went above and beyond to walk with me through the tow yard to drive my car out because I didn’t feel comfortable looking for it alone at night. You can really tell he cares about his customers. 10/10 recommend!

Great First Class Roadside assistance. They were very concerned and prompt. He waited for me to troubleshoot the problem on my vehicle which turned out to be I ran out of gas. Very family oriented and protective. I really appreciate you Firs Come -Class Roadside
