First Nissan of Simi Valley Service

Took my car for a muti inspection and Jose Reyes was the best. i trusted him from the time i spoke with him on the phone. Once i got to the dealer and met him, he was so helpful and honest. It turns out I didnt need any repairs. Honesty and Customer Care are essential in any business. This is my place to go from here on.

I bought my car in for engine service. Jordan and Marisol are both incredibly helpful and friendly, with a deep knowledge of their work. Jordan also offers some of the most competitive pricing in the area, which really makes them stand out.

So I cannot attest to their service department. I have never serviced my car at this Nissan. This review is for the Automotive Sales Department. My wife and I had just had a very negative/frustrating experience at the HGreg Puente Hills Nissan. Before we made our way over to First Nissan, we called ahead and were very specific with regards to our interest in one particular Rogue which they had in Stock. They explained to us what to expect with regards to price and features. We appreciated their candor and made our way over. By the time we arrived they had the car ready for a test drive. Jordan had great customer service . I came for an oil change and it was done in a timely manner as I waited. Jordan came to find me immediately to let me know my car was done.

When we first took our car and they charged us $150 to diagnose the problem. Then four hours later they called us back let us know that we had used up our $150 worth of diagnostic test and they still could not figure out the problem. So we had to pay another $150 for them to figure it out. So $300 later they finally figure it out and the part cost us $400. When we finally had the car fixed we turned in a coupon that they had sent us and they would not honor the coupon.
