(I want to start this review by stating that my friend is way too kind to come out and write an honest review about his experience, so Im taking the liberty to do it for him.) First quality Auto has a really unimpressive customer service standard. My friend purchased a truck from FQA in July of 2024 and was super excited to have gotten into a fairly nice used Ford pickup. When he got home and parked it in his new garage building that just got finished he noticed a small oil leak. The next day he came out and there was a large oil puddle on his new concrete garage floor and also leaving him with a big problem mechanically.
