Completely and utterly disappointed in this dealership. My husband bought a 5 year old truck and two days later we found out the transmission was going. We traveled 4 hours round trip to purchase this truck and went with a dealer because there should be a line of trust there. They never mentioned anything about the transmission before or during the sale. They knew something was wrong, because they had cleared codes. When we contacted them to see how we could rectify the situation they pretty much said, “well I don’t know what you want us to do about it.” They never returned messages or answered calls. They wouldn’t even take our mechanics phone calls. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere! If I could leave a review with 0 stars, I would!

I have bought several vehicles from First Stop Auto. Everyone of them has been a great purchase. Steve and Ed have always been great to deal. I have also recommended First Stop many times to friends and family looking for quality used vehicles.

First stop is my first choice when looking for a new car, and It’s where I bought mine. They’re always on top for help, instead of just trying to get a sale they talk to you and help you get into the car YOU want. Always new inventory, competitive pricing, friendly service and convenient location

Thought it was okay place...until I bought a car on a whim and now it needs 2 grand worth of repairs. My own fault but I guess I expected better from them.

Verry helpful I had to have a u- haul on very short notice these guys did everything they could to acomadate me and got me the u- haul .
