Great family owned car wash. Everyone is really nice, especially the owners. It’s not super expensive and they do a great job. They have a full staff, so even a thorough was is done really quickly. I’ve been coming here at least once a month for over a year and never any problems. It’s a great place to get the salt washed off in the winter.

First Wheel offers reliable automotive service at a fair price. The staff is helpful and communicative, taking the time to explain what needs to be done without being pushy. Their work is efficient, and my car was ready earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The shop feels organized and trustworthy, and you can tell they care about customer satisfaction. The only downside is that scheduling can be a bit tight during busy times, so appointments may require some planning ahead. Still, the quality of service and professionalism make it well worth it. Overall, First Wheel is a solid choice for repairs and maintenance in the neighborhood — I’d gladly return.

Staff was nice but feels like whatever you pay for you get the same service. Supposed to have undercarriage wash and maybe some more effort for $36… this is taken 5 minutes after paying for their #1 package.

The car wasn’t cleaned well, the owner treats customers in an unprofessional way, and the price is too high. They didn’t clean the seats, the dashboard, or the trunk. I won’t come back to this place. I don’t think it’s safe or good.

OMG!! Just paid $30 for a regular car wash. Lady stated prices went up but does not reflect in their store. She also always quotes me incorrectly. Wants me to pay for an SUV when I have a car. Please suggest new car wash place. Please. Also, if you pay with a credit card and add tip that will not be given to the workers. Owners keep it. Sad.
