Amazing, kind people at this place.(Thank you Al!!) My engine light was flashing in my car right as I got off 70 in Breezewood and was about to get on the turnpike for a cross country move, my car full of all my belongings and my cat. I called around and was told to go to Fischers. I pulled in at 3:30 in the afternoon and even though Al was working on another truck, he heard my story and immediately started working on my car. I couldn't believe it! He tried for two hours, changing spake plugs, the engine coils, nothing was working. (My car had about 200k miles, it was time.) He helped me brainstorm next steps and eventually gave me the recommendation of the U-Haul guy in town, who also owns a motel, where I ended up staying, donating my car, and getting a rental to finish the drive. Many, many thanks to Kenny, Keith and the folks at Fischer’s. I had a brake line fail as I came off the turnpike at Breezewood. Kenny picked up my truck and drove us to Middletown, MD at 6P on a Thursday afternoon. The man is 82 years young, been in business for 61 years. I asked him what time he started that day and he said 8A, as we were settling up the bill he got another call to drive back to Breezewood and pick up another car to come back to Hagerstown. I asked him how long he planned to keep working, he said Till I can’t. I hope that I’m near that good if I make it to 82. Thank You Kenny!

I’m Mackenna Matos I was driving from DC to Ohio and my Engine Temperature Went Off on my BMW bringing my Car Down to 54 on the turnpike As a Single woman I was freaking out in the middle of nowhere I stopped at a auto parts and he pointed me in the direction of the Fischer’s Garage I arrived and Keith was so Helpful and he checked my car and adding Cooling to the car cause it didn’t had any left! My Jeep broke down & left this Gold Star, Marine Corps mom stranded 135mi. from home. I called AAA for a tow home, and Fischer’s Towing was dispatched to my rescue! I only have good things to say & would highly recommend them to anyone.

Locked my keys in the car whilst in the middle of nowhere on the abandoned PA turnpike. After calling AAA Ken can out quickly and got my keys in a few minutes. Many thanks for the rescue, could have turned into a big problem!
