Fisher Auto Parts

I worked in the auto repair industry for 32 years. I used Fisher's Auto parts to buy parts from to get my customers vehicles fixed. Kevin and Dean are knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Forget about the chain stores. These men have spent their entire lives working in auto parts. They know what they are talking about and it is their career, unlike the part time punks elsewhere. If you need auto parts in Carlisle PA... goto them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are friendly, and they have many things. It's a good option and a good price.

Kevin the store manager is extremely intelligent and hard working, he will take phone calls as early as 6:30 am even when they do not open until 7:30 am!!! Ian is the main counter person, if there is something I need that they do not usually stock he makes sure to find it and call me back with price and availability. The drivers are all friendly every time I come to their store. I highly recommend this Fisher store over others.

Well I called to get pricing on some parts for a suspension repair. First, I called and was put on hold for 2 minutes. When I was taken off hold, sales rep, Bill, answered. He asked what I needed. When I explained, I was put on hold again. 1 minute later, sales rep, Jordan, answered and asked what I needed. I gave the vehicle information and the parts I needed, and then Jordan held the line and said I needed to speak with Bill. Bill came back on the line and told me to call back when I had specifics on what parts I need. I stated that I gave the list of parts I need. Bill then said that they are busy and said I should try back later. Way to nail the customer service experience guys.... Won't be calling this place again unless they can figure out how customer service works.
