I scheduled an appointment over the phone last Thursday, double checked my appointment via messenger yesterday, walked in today at the time of my appointment, talked to the gentleman at the desk and told him what I told them over the phone, then after I handed him my keys and got halfway across town going back to my job they called me to let me know they wouldn't be working on the windows in my car because they scheduled an appointment for the wrong job, on the wrong day, at the wrong time. After discussing the price of tint and removal during the initial call, it seems she promptly forgot the entire conversation and clearly displayed that in the interactions we had today.
