My rig is huge, and Ryan was able to get it loaded onto his flatbed and tied down safely while traffic was zooming by on both sides… I sat in the cab of his warm truck and let him do the dirty work… Took me home and backed it right up to the area where I needed it, although most would have left it in my front driveway… Thank you guys!

My work van lost its transmission while driving through Seattle. Fortunately, I was able to get off the freeway and park safely. I called Gene's Towing. Customer service was very helpful and responsive. They notified me when the truck was en route and provided an ETA. Upon arrival, Mike was very professional and careful with our van. He asked if I needed a ride, which I did. The cab of his truck was immaculate! He towed our van to a repair shop in Puyallup. Mike was a wonderful ambassador of Gene's. We chatted the whole way down! When the unfortunate happens, Gene's Towing is the company to call!

Exactly what you hope for with a towing company. Reasonable price, on time (actually 2 minutes early) and wasted no time. Got my truck to the destination quickly and without issues.

Needed to use their services twice, each phone call very quick easy very clear and concise service. Driver showed up promptly and gave plenty of warning. Extremely professional in a time of need wouldn’t pick anyone else or trust anyone else to haul my vehicles around. Makes this frustrating situation just a little bit easier and I greatly appreciate that.

The did awesome. Dispatch (casey?) was very friendly and helpful and the driver (young guy with a beard) was knowledgeable, respectful, quick, and most importantly, safe. Overall good experience when dealing with a towing situation
