When I picked up my car the thermostat heat and fan was turned up to high. WHY????? Then had an issue starting!! Most importantly engine running was awful . Engine wasn’t that bad when I pulled over and called for towing! My mistake was allowing it to be towed to their garage !!! What should have happened WAS garage should have CALLED ME AFTER DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND LETTING ME KNOW THE COST BEFORE DOING WORK which ended up a waste of 500 dollars. This place CANNOT DO ENGINE REPAIR especially anything major WISH I COULD POST A negative star because one is more credit than they deserve

I made an insurance claim after my vehicle was in an accident, and at first this mechanic seemed professional—responses within a day or two, polite, and willing to help. But the moment my wife and I paid the full deductible, he completely disappeared. No updates, no answers, nothing. Our car sat in his shop for almost 7 months with virtually no communication. I understand not being able to work on the car until we gave him the deductible, but we texted him multiple times over several weeks at a time with zero response. It wasn’t until we finally threatened legal action, then magically, the car was “ready.” When we picked up the vehicle, the inside was still covered in glass shards, which is not only lazy but extremely unsafe. Highly recommend! We first took our truck to another mechanic who charged us and 2 days later it was messed up agian so we called Fitzpatrick, they were affordable and even brought our truck to us when it was fixed since we lived close by and it was our only vehicle.

Had tires put on was quick about it was happy to have them put on take off and now service awd is on wasnt on before tires installed ok whatever maybe bad sensor get the sensor next day mind you we drove it home go to change the abs sensor and 3 out of 5 lug nuts was stripped and one loose and vehicle still messed up

Went to get my brakes and rotors changed before a long road trip. I had texted the mechanic stating what i wanted done to my car and if i could get an estimate on the time and price. He gave me a turn around time of one day which is pretty standard for a simple job like this, however he never gave me a price estimate. It was only when they called me to tell me the car was ready that i was given the price. i never met the mechanic and only spoke to him over text messages, which he seemed to send whenever convenient for him. When i got inside my car, sitting unlocked in the parking lot, it smelled of heavy cigarette smoke (i don’t smoke.) Overall it seemed like an ok job in the mechanical side of things, however i am extremely displeased at the lack of communication and smoke smell that now
