We test drove both and he was very patient with us and all our questions. We narrowed it down to the Sienna and requested a maintenance inspection just to be sure of its reliability. They moved forward with the maintenance check, no questions asked, let us take a look while it was up on the lift, and even covered the cost for the new brake pads and rotors suggested from the inspection.
