Five O Five Alignment

Serviced my Ram 4500. Fast work, honest people, and very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what was wrong just from a small description and was able to give a very accurate repair time and took good care of my vehicle.

505 Alignment Shop is top notch. All these negative posts look like they’re coming from broke haters. I’m from KY and every one of my trucks goes to 505 never had an issue, always solid work. TODD IS THE MAN!!

came here on recomendation from the company i am leased to, deffitanly wont be coming back. first off it took a full day and a half for a three axle alignment. so had to book a hotel. second off asked them to re center the steering wheel. wasnt done even tho i made it very clear. the lady behind the desk doesnt even get out the seat to pass any info along. third of all. the damn truck was givin back to me with a worse alignment than what it went in with. i could have been in and out in 3 hours tops at a petro/ta. also they dont give you a print out from the computer with the adjustments they made. all in all. very very very dissatisfied. wont ever come here again or tell anybody else too. i think they only care about working on fleet trucks and not owner ops.

Once upon a time I would recommend 505 to anyone. We used to rely on them to fix front end issues the others could not figure out. The company I'm with recently dropped off a tractor with a shake, we were told by 505 the tires were out of round so we had all new tires put on the truck. Truck has the same shake, so we returned the truck to 505 for them to take another look at. They called us 3 hours later to tell us to "take it somewhere else to have the tires balanced because that is the problem" I returned to 505 to find that they had not even moved the truck to take a look at it.

Was in Nashville on vacation with family in motor home. Had concerns regarding front end alignment and other issues. Called 505 Alignment on the recommendation of Freightliner Chassis and was worked into their schedule the next day. They had alignment checked, chassis greased and me ready to go within a couple of hours. They charged me an extremely reasonable price. I strongly recommend 505 Alignment and while I have no immediate plans to be back in Nashville, I would not hesitate to call them again for any front end/alignment needs.
