I had my Lexus in for calibration work at Five Star Automotive and Collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was professional, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was done correctly. It’s clear they take pride in their work and pay close attention to detail. Five Star completely missed the mark on our first visit. Our long-time fleet mechanic retired and referred us to Five Star since they were located in the same center. Based on that recommendation, we decided to give them a try. We were initially quoted around $500 for the repair. Shortly after approving the quote, we received a call saying they had made a mistake and quoted the wrong part. The part price jumped from roughly $350 to $950, though we were told labor would remain the same. While that was a significant difference, mistakes happen, and we moved forward based on the referral. When we picked up the vehicle, the part price matched the updated quote, but labor had increased to $325 instead of the $150 originally quoted. GO ANYWHERE ELSE On 12/22/2025 I brought one of my cars to get calibrated for its ADAS system since warning lights were on the dash. I was told $350 which I agreed. At first I was told the calibration would take a couple hours, then I was told it’d be ready the next day. The next day I was told they couldn’t calibrate it but were still going to charge me a PORTION ($200) of the calibration which I was fine with because it’s part of the business. When I got there to pick it up Kevin said it was fixed and they were able to successfully calibrate it. I was hesitant because I didn’t want the warning lights to come back after paying the full price, but Kevin assured me if that the warning lights came back, he would refund me the difference of $150. Kevin was so amazing! I came about a month ago to get my car fixed and I had to wait on a part to come in . They changed ownership and Kevin was still able to honor my price and he did the job effectively and quickly! Will be back soon
