Aaron, in particular, was incredibly detailed and transparent, making me feel confident and secure in his expertise. His honesty stood out, which is a refreshing change from my past experiences with other mechanics. I wholeheartedly trust Five Star Automotive and will definitely return for future service needs. Great experience with 5 Star! Fast & courteous service. Also found issues on another vehicle I owned several years ago. I had taken it to two other shops for check engine light issue. Fix after fix didn’t solve the problem. 5 Star promptly found and fixed the issue.

I had a small accident while driving north on the 5 and found this shop nearby. I was a bit panicked since I still had a couple of hours left on my trip, I wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. I arrived right before their lunch break, but they kindly took the time to check my car anyway. They removed the splash shield, reassured me that my car was safe to continue the drive, and didn’t even charge me. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I’m truly grateful for their service!

Five Star Automotive is officially my go-to shop! Another place told me I had a blown head gasket and quoted me $3,500—turns out, they just forgot to put my coolant cap back on. I didn’t tell Five Star anything about that first shop, and they still figured it out honestly. They double-checked everything, confirmed my engine was totally fine, fixed a few minor issues, and kept me updated every step of the way. No pressure, no drama, just real, trustworthy service. Huge shoutout to Aaron for being super communicative and getting it all done on time and at a great price. I finally found a place I trust with my car!
