Five Star Car Wash & Detail

So they used to be good. Got new wheels and tires on my ram 3500 dually. Went through 3 times no issues. Some new guy loaded me wrong and ripped a big chunk out of my new tire. They said the manager would contact me, still waiting.

I have been a loyal customer of FiveStar Car Wash in Woodland since day one, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Today, there was no one at the check-in point, and I waited for 5 minutes before honking to get attention. A lady eventually stepped outside and started yelling at me, saying she was the only one helping inside and would be back. How was I supposed to know she was the only one inside? Another employee then came out to assist with my check-in, and I mentioned the lady had yelled at me. She came back out and started yelling again. When I proceeded to the car wash, an employee began spraying my car, but then abruptly stopped after another staff member said something to him. I saw other reviews similar to what I just experienced but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Turns out I should have listened to what the universe was telling me! I payed for “The Five Star” wash, the highest full service wash available but it did not deliver. I didn’t get a free fragrance either :( I was done in under 10 minutes, which I found a bit suspicious. The employee who I paid and greeted me was nice but I didn’t get good vibes from anyone else. I got back in my car and rushed off but now I’m noticing remaining dirt marks, things still left on my floors, dust, and somehow this wash managed to bend my license plate too. I wanted to try a new wash but I don’t think this one was the best choice.

Bought the most expensive full detail (interior and exterior) and left with the car still covered in bugs. See images. Also some sort of glue, plus wiping marks all over. When I realized the issues and brought it back right away, they decided to argue things like “we don’t clean the front grill during a detail”. Really, for $329 plus tips, you don’t clean the grill? Embarrassing. I can’t believe they let it off their lot looking like this. They were argumentative and rude instead of just fixing the problem. Will never be back.

1st time customer, truck was still dirty after 2 washes, manager was upset that I was pointing out all the dirt dust and bugs still all over my truck after 2 washes and 3 different people drying. Must not care about customer satisfaction
