Five Star Car Wash & Oil Change

Went to get inspection said I had to until they got finished with an oil then 3 cars came in behind me said i had to wait until they finished the one's came in behind me. Thomas is his name i will be sure and tell everyone I know.i hope you go out of business not representing hickory b.s

They first told me to get the highest package it would last 7000 miles then said I would get 25% off since it 2as cuat9m2r appreciation day. Total lie, overcharged me and 3000 miles and no discount. Won't be going back.

Not a big fan of this place. To me the synthetic oil change was very high. They did not reset my oil change meter and placed their oil change sticker over top off the old sticker in my windshield. Hopefully I won't have to go back to get a service here. On the other hand the car wash side of it was actually pretty good.

Arrived and stated I wanted an oil change and all filters checked. I was told to go to lobby in which I did. I was expecting someone to come in to take my information and give me options as to what should be done. 10 minutes later I was called up and told my vehicle was done. I stated that they hadn't even asked me what oil change I wanted nor did they provide information about filters. The response I recieved was that they go by the factory recommendations. I paid the bill, called the hubby that had been there before and said never again. As a Quality Manager in the automotive industry for over 20 years I cannot recommend this business. Customer service has to be a top priority which means you take time with the customer to ensure you have a clear understanding of what they want then you

I have used Five Star for years never had a problem. Now new owner (Valvoline) charged $131 for Oil change and Cabin Air Filter change. This was way over priced. Never have I been charged labor for this before. First time under the new management and will be my last time. Prices are not transparent until after they complete the transaction. "Don't Go Here."
