I Baught a Jeep from this dealership over a year ago, this is the best dealership I ever delt with in all of my years of buying vehicles. Very kind, helpful, and vehicles reasonable. They will make sure they give you a deal you can not find anywhere else. The service department is unbelievable kind and helpful and extremely reasonable. When you walk in ,it's like everyone is so friendly. We bring all of our vehicles there for everything, even our new Hyundai Tucson. I called the service department on a Thursday morning to see if they would have any availibility to look into a wheel bearing, a check engine light, and a few other electronic issues. They say they have a time available at 1. Great, I take it. I show up at 12:58. "Oh, your appointment was actually for 12:30". Alright sure, I was explicitly told 1, but okay. Later in the day they call and ask "so it's all going to be a warranty. So do you need this back right now. Cause they have it torn apart." I say no just keep it and deal with. The next day, no call or update. The weekend passes and I call on Monday. At this point they are frustrated that i am asking because it is 10 minutes until close of business. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had another local garage in Clearfield complete the annual inspection for my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. They said everything looked good except that the wheel bearing needed replaced and the brakes and rotors would need replaced within the next six months. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the technology to replace my back brakes and rotors so I decided to take it to the Chrysler dealership. Everything got replaced, and as soon as I drove my van off the lot, my front left brake was screeching extremely loud and every time I hit any sort of bump there was a rattling in the front right hood area (where the wheel bearing was).
