Five Star Collision Center-Albany

Had a car tbone me on the highway. Fivestar Collision got my car looking like new. It took a little while, a month or so, but that was due to discontinued parts. I'm satisfied with the outcome. They were friendly and updated me regularly.

We were treated well. Courteous and respectful interactions with each individual we came in contact with was the norm. Frequent updates on the status of our repair work was appreciated. Robert was sent out when I had a problem almost immediately after leaving with my repaired vehicle. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Robert handled my concern quickly and efficiently. Being able to leave my rental vehicle was a plus. I will definitely use Five Star if the need occurs.

I’m giving this business 5 stars simply because the young lady that helped me this morning was fantastic! Not sure how to spell her name but Katrina is a great employee. I feel she went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Managers she needs an employee bonus or extra PTO.

I bought a brand new car and hit a deer within 3 weeks of having it. I was referred to Five Star Collision and I’m so glad I was. My car was fixed in less than 2 weeks. The employees and manager were quick to help me and answer any and all questions I had. My car looks just as new as when I bought it. Thank you to Michael, Haley, Katrina, and Jerrica. I had a pleasure of speaking with each of them and getting their help. Five Star Collision is the best!!

Five star is the perfect name for this business. I am so impressed by the service I received. My car looks brand new again. Jerica was very professional and so kind. I dreaded taking my car in because in the past it took almost a month to get my vehicle back. Not at five star. My vehicle was ready in less than 2 weeks. I have another vehicle I had work done on however it still is not right so I’m taking that one to Five star also. Thanks so much for awesome Customer service
