Manny and the team were great. They had a quick turnaround on repairing my bike and kept everything professional and smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was them going out of their way to let me pick up the bike after hours. That level of customer service doesn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend this shop!

ALL RIDERS PLEASE READ AND PASS THIS ALONG and when an owner does what this one is doing in his response - you know he is in the wrong I had this shop replace both the front and back tires and tubes on my HD 2024 Heritage Classic. The invoice states the tube was a Drag Speciality and I trusted it was. A few days later the tube popped - I had the bike towed to a reputable shop in Stephenville (boneyard cycles) where the shop owner there discovered the tube was pinched and was NOT a Drag Speciality tube but more than likely an Amazon tube. I brought the tube to 5 Star where the owner Tony threw the tube back at me and said it wasn’t his tube. I asked Manny his “service manger” if he backed up Tony and he stated “I wasn’t back there when they replaced it”. I asked to speak to the mechanic

Manny and Joseph are like the Dynamic Duo! Manny is very knowledgeable and well-versed in motorcycle mechanics. He explained the benefits of several different tires and enabled me to make an informed decision based on my goals. Joseph is friendly and patient and was attentive to my concerns. He ensured that I had a great customer service experience. I'll see you guys in a few months depending on how "spirited" my commuting is!

Five Cycles did an amazing job on my bike. The service was professional, efficient, and you can really feel the difference in the ride. Brought in my cheap tires on Monday to get install on my R1. I don't know the name the gentleman I talk to but he explain to me that the rear tire I brought on eBay is bit on a low profile and he show me a comparison of their dunlop tire. I was shock when they unwrap the tire, so I gone ahead and buy their tires instead on a good deal with free mount and balance. I'm a alignment tech for 3 years at a tire place. The one thing I learn never buy cheap tires from eBay at a cheap price and expect a good quality tires.
