Five Star Diesel Repair

Shade tree mechanics at best with a side of upcharge. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! They destroyed my cooling fan clutch because they didn't want to find the proper bolts, sealed the pumpkin about as good as a 4yo with putty, replaced my top end water pump with a bottom dollar water pump because they have no knowledge on a tap and die set and they used the wrong coolant for the engine... I pray they flushed it properly or I'll have bigger issues on my hands.

It was very cold and snow and ice on the ground and my belt broke when I started it ,I had no clue and I drove my Camaro there and josh diagnosed without even looking at it.. the belt was replaced immediately and flushed my radiator for an extremely low price.. I highly recommend this place. Great customer service

Our radiator failed on the road. Truck was near Odessa so we found Five Star diesel. They immediately determined that the radiator had to be replaced. We had one shipped to them directly and they installed immediately upon receiving it. They saved as money and time. Other shops had told us they wouldn't get to it for up to a month. This company understands the need to keep the truck running. Thank you Five Star Diesel.

Actual Rating: Zero Stars It's not advised to have this mechanic shop do any repairs. They significantly overcharge and do not comply with a customers requests. The office staff is rude and inefficient. As well as the mechanics do not keep their word on timeline of repairs.

Gene, and Josh are the best couple of guys you could ever meet! They have an excellent team of experts at the shop that will get you fixed up right.
