My wife and I drove down from Atlanta on Tuesday to pick up our 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From my initial conversation with Richard, to working with our sales team Andre and Javier, and then Andrew on the finance side, everyone was professional, honest, and straightforward. There were no games, no surprises — just clear communication and a smooth process. When we arrived, they took us through the entire process -- credit, financing, and delivery -- and had us completely wrapped up and out the door in 1.5 hours.
