I bought a new RMax less than a year ago. It ended up leaking coolant, 4 quarts in 220 hours. I took it to another dealership (closer to home) they found that 5 Star didn't tighten the hose claps for the heater and did not reinstall 6 bolts and fasteners when they did the heater install. I called to see if they would cover the cost and they flat out refused. They will bend over backwards for you to make a sale but as soon as you walk out the door the good service stops.

My experience with the sales department was very disappointing. I was left waiting for 7 days while they supposedly “uploaded the information into the system.” I called several times to follow up, and on at least three occasions I was told they would call me back, but I never received any return calls. What is most frustrating is that I was genuinely interested in purchasing a motorcycle and ready to move forward. The lack of communication and follow-up shows a serious lack of professionalism from the salesperson who assisted me. Honestly, their attitude does not reflect the level of commitment you would expect from a serious company. Lucas from sales was great, but unfortunately that is where the positive experience ended. We purchased 2 ATVS, 2 rack extenders and 2 sets of grip warmers. We were told that the grip warmers were in, but when we went to pick them up we were told that they were not there and we did not order them. The goof ball in parts was rude saying that it’s not in the system that it was even ordered. Eventually in an attempt to save face they offered to make it right by sending the grips and rack extender for free. That would have been great if they actually did that. Unfortunately over a month later there has been no communication and no parts. There is zero accountability with this dealership.
