Five Star Towing and Recovery

I have used tow companies in the past and these guys by far are the best. Their name is their standard and they delivered. Spoke with Morgan and she kept me in the loop and went over every detail. She empathized and was reassuring that they could do the job right. The driver Cody called me and showed up on time and was great. Great customer service, professional, well trained, great staff. I have a new tow company to call the next time I have any issues. I highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with Five Star Towing! We were out at dinner and I accidentally locked my keys inside my truck. I called, and Craig was on site within 15 minutes. He was professional, friendly, and had my truck unlocked in less than 5 minutes. The whole process was stress-free, and handled with great customer service. I highly recommend Five Star Towing especially Craig!

Adam arrived at my home quickly and unlocked my car door within 10 minutes. He didn’t hesitate to come help, was kind, knowledgeable, and showed excellent customer service. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. This is the 2nd time I’ve used 5 star and they have never let me down. They have the perfect name! I would definitely recommend this service to others!

I had an excellent experience with this towing company. Their team was fast, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. The customer service was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and truly focused on helping me. The driver was extremely polite and clearly knew exactly what they were doing, which made me feel even more confident throughout the process. Everything was handled quickly and at an affordable price, making the entire experience so much less stressful for me. I highly recommend Five Star Towing and Recovery to anyone looking for reliable, efficient service.

These guys are the greatest!! They rescued us off of I95. We were traveling from Virginia to South Carolina and in Smithfield NC our tire completely blew out. We were stranded on the inside lane of the highway. We contacted 5 star and they were there promptly. They showed up with a flat bed to tow the car and also had a second vehicle at the rear to make sure we could safely get back on the interstate after they loaded the car. The tow truck operators made sure we were safely in their trucks while they loaded the vehicle and then took us to our destination. They carefully unloaded the vehicle all the while being very courteous. They are the best!!!
