I was impressed the first time I went, I received a thorough cleaning for the price. The 2nd time I went back, was on a slow weekday so I expected the same service since there was no wait. The prices increased, and the quality of work decreased. Even though so many people worked on the car, there was a lot of that was not done inside the vehicle. I paid $56 with mats incl. I must say I was unsatisfied. It was a 4/10. Either they were tired or lazy. I more than likely would NOT return.

Highly priced services for poor quality cleaning. All work is rushed & unaccounted for from the minute you step out of your car. You pay for the best package, they deliver under basic service and then you have to walk out to the manager and show them your receipt for them to go back to your car and do all the extra things you payed and was charged for.

I visited this car wash this past Monday. Man I waz i impressed My 2025 Explorer was meticulously cleaned Externally. Usually @ least with me. After a xae wash I'd get to my destination, and notice a missed area on my vehicle not cleaned!🤦.Not this time My "Red Ruby" was polished as a hospital floor😃. Wowwww ! Worst place I have ever washed my car at. We paid almost $50 to wash a regular SUV when diagnosed basic. I have never paid that amount of money on a regular basic wash. Usually it rises between $22-$30. And not only that, the car wasn’t even cleaned. There were white marks inside the car and when reached kindly to the cleaners and asked them to clean it, they said it does not included, and it needs to be upgraded to detailed wash for over $200.00 absolutely ridiculous and definitely will not come back again.

I went here yesterday to get my car detailed. I got there at 3:20 and I asked if the car can be detailed. The guy was rushing me and told me there’s no way that they’re about to leave so with him rushing me. I asked him if I could just pay extra and get one of the packages with the vacuum and he said yes, so when the car came out, I checked it and the car was not vacuumed . it looked like it was never even vacuumed so the guy that’s standing in the front in the blue jumpsuit. I showed it to him and I said look at this car and it’s supposed to be vacuum And it’s not vacuum he said this is crazy. It looks like they did nothing.
