After I was rear ended the person's insurance company sent me to Fix Auto to have my car repaired. What a nightmare! I received my car back in about 3 weeks. They returned my car to me without recalibrating it. I sent the car back & the manager said that they don't recaibrate the cars& he has a guy who comes & does it. I brought the car back a few days later & someone recalibrated it. They did a good job. After having the car back about 2 weeks my husband & I started smelling a terrible odor in the car. I opened the trunk & the wheel well was full of water. I took the car back to them & Lenny told me that my rear window seal was bad & had to be replaced. Sent car there because it was state farm preferred. They cut corners and dont fix correctly. They buffed out a mark where hit and after getting it back a dent appeared. So again the didn't go far enough and fix correctly. And dont stand behind their work.
