Took my 2015 Honda accord to Fix Auto for some bumper damage. Marcos was professional, informative and knowledgeable. He took my car in that very same day, he stayed in touch with me during the process of the repair as well as the insurance. They had my car ready within the week. Car was hit on one side and they took care of the repair professionally. They even buffed and cleared my headlights for better visibility and make sure everything was even left to right. Not to mention the complimentary detail inside and out, car looked as if I was picking it up new from the dealership. Wow! Excellent experience here. I had to get my Ioniq fixed after a tree branch fell on it. My point of contact was Julia who was very courteous and provided updates throughout the entire process.
