After getting several quotes from different places with prices that felt outrageous, I came to Fix it Auto in Lake Forest and immediately felt the difference. One of the owners (Travis) was very personable and a straight shooter, no BS about what actually needed to be done. The quote wasn't suspiciously cheap, but it was fair, reasonable and felt appropriate for the repair. He was honest and upfront. The turn around time was fast. Drop off in the morning and ready by end of day! The front desk staff was friendly, and the rest of the team was just as nice. The environment felt comfortable and professional, not like a place trying to make a quick buck. It's refreshing to find a shop that values honesty and quality work, which is hard to come by these days. I will definitely be coming back

Had my car repaired (replaced panel + paint) here last year, Gil said he will try his best to bring down cost as its pay out of pocket, so he kept the camera that still worked. 2 weeks ago, the car exposed to heavy rain and camera become dead, I went to the shop and Gil sent car for inspection and changed camera for free, which is unexpected. (the camera were cracked, but its hard to tell so water leaked in)I thought most auto body shop would find an excuse and send car in for a repair and charge me at least $400+, appreciate that Fix auto did not do that. Highly recommend Fix Auto and Gil! He is honest and responsible!

They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company. My car was finished three days earlier than the estimated completion date, and they did an excellent job with the repairs.
