Fix Auto Northridge

I just got my car back from Fix Auto Northridge and was super happy with the service! I have a 2021 Tesla Model Y and Fix Auto Northridge was recommended to me as a Tesla approved auto shop with reasonable prices. The customer service was fantastic, I got an estimate in less than 24 hours and once my car was turned in I got texts keeping me up-to-date on my cars progress. It helps that they work with Enterprise Rent-a- Car, so I got picked up from Enterprise and straight over to a lot where I got my rental car. The whole process was smooth and easy. My car looks good as new and I have had no issues since getting my car back! Thanks Fix Auto Northridge, you guys are GREAT!

Our Tesla Y was rear ended. Exceptional body work by this shop... definitely trustable Tesla collision repair experts. They take pride and care for what they do and repaired our vehicle in 2.5 weeks! Thank you Greg and the team for bringing back our car to normal again... looking even better than before!

Greg is really cool. Nice guys at this place, they’ll get your job done as quickly as possible while not sacrificing craftsmanship. My rear bumper got replaced. I took it in the day before I left for a 5 day winter trip with friends and it was very conveniently done the day after I came back. I had mentioned my trip and my return date so whether they had planned to get it back to me by then or it was just coincidence, either way, really glad it turned out so well and I was very minimally inconvenienced by the entire situation of having to take a car to a shop. I was also surprised to see that they cleaned the entire exterior of the car. 5 star experience and work.

Fix Auto Northridge did a beautiful job on my 2015 435i bmw! Couldn't have asked for a better team to work on my car. My car looks like new again! They were quick to answer, communicated very well, and gave me constant updates through the whole process! Would definitely recommend them to anybody! They are a very professional, reliable, and honestly go above and beyond in their work!
