Fix Auto Riverside

All I can say is “thank you Manny!” for taking care of our work vehicle (Ford F350 Super Duty Chassis cab w/ stainless steel work bed). The 2 doors on passenger side and rocker panel had to be replaced and painted. The SPEED in which this body shop was able to complete the repair went beyond our expectations. From the very start, Manny provided an immediate cost estimate, timeline when parts would arrive, and how long the job would take once the parts were in, and he was spot on! Thanks again to all who participated in the completion of this project! Your efforts were truly appreciated.

I had a great experience with Fix Auto, thanks to my adjuster Victor. He assisted me every step of the way, from dropping off my car to picking it up after the repairs. He took the time to address my concerns regarding the damage from an accident and kept me informed with regular updates throughout the process. Victor was extremely professional, patient, and even stayed past closing time to make sure I was able to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend Victor and Fix Auto for their excellent customer service. 10/10 worth coming here & will continue to come here. :)

After getting rear ended, repair on my car was a painless experience at Fritt’s Ford Fix Auto from the time I dropped off my car until the time I picked it up. Work was done in a timely manner with consideration given to my need to have my car. Customer service provided by Victor Rodriguez was excellent. He kept me informed of the repair progress with phone calls and text messages. ALSO when I needed a ride after returning my rental, he became the personal driver. Hopefully I won’t ever be needing the services again but if I do it’s good to know there is quality service available.

The Body Shop has always took care of me and my family, they are always very professional and very welcoming. Their timing is very precise there is never delays or excuses and their work always comes out perfect. Would 100% recommend if you are looking for a trustworthy business to work on your vehicle. Victor and his team made sure to always serve us with respect and on a timely manner he surely made my experience with Fix Auto Riverside beyond positive.

My best friend referred me to the Ontario location but after reading the reviews, I chose this location and they did not disappoint. Victor was very professional and communicative. This process so was seamless and my car honestly looks better than it did before the repair. Big thank you to Victor and the team of technicians.
