Phenomenal service; fast, easy, communicative. Each step of the way was clearly laid out, and the service got completely very quickly. Kristin was super helpful getting me all the information & help I could want, from setting up the rental, dealing with insurance, and even making a trip out to pick up my car to get the repairs going as soon as possible. Absolutely great service, and my car looks perfect, and I know I'll be heading back for some other minor repairs I wanted treated soon!

We’re from Florida and our son who is station in California had an accident however he was in training and we were left to deal with getting his car fixed. Although we did not get the car fixed here because we had the car transferred to our home state. I was very impressed with the company’s employees and their ability to communicate via phone , communicating through the phone with different time zone is not easy but they made it a point to always answer every question we had. Received the car cleaner than given, everything is going good with car now! Kristen was so easy to communicate with. We got updates constantly on the car as well and received the car earlier!

I wasn't thrilled about 2 more day delay since the accident 2months ago and had cancelation and haggling with Tesla in between. Fix auto shop gave me my car a day early then after complaining and found out the delay was from ordering a cover that they accidently threw out. Car looks great nevertheless.
