It took you 3 months for us to wait for our parts to come in and when we received the car as I started driving it I noticed things missing. 3 months is very inconvenient to receive it my car with lose things under my hood & parts missing. Safety hazards like my horn not connected lights missing. Didn’t receive my engine cover as well. Customer service was no help as well I had to go in person to press the issue to get answers. If you come here through insurance make the best decision and go somewhere else. These people work for the insurance companies not the customers sadly. It’s your choice to pick the correct body shop dont let them tell you otherwise.

Amazing customer service. Micheal and Liz were very helpful in explaining the process as i experience my first accident. My car was there for only a few days and I love the work they did.

Took my car to have a bumper repair which was detached on one of the sides of the car to be repaired. They recommended a bracket, paid for it then later got a call saying that they made an error and I needed to pay more for the service. I was not happy about it put paid their additional fee. 3 days after the “repair” I drove for 8 miles and parked, HALF of the bumper was hanging off the vehicle. Dropped off the car again and was told the we only paid for a bracket to be installed and not for the bumper to be fixed (crazy town over there)I was told by the manager to look at my invoice because it did not state they would repair it. When requesting a refund they refused. There was older man that works there became aggressive and started cursing at my husband and daughter. This was the most

Terrible service. Went in to fix front bumper on my car. They said bumper was fine needed new side retainer. Only for bumper to end up falling off after they replaced. When I went back because new retainer obviously didn’t work in fixing the issue they then said that the bumper is the issue. Although in previous notes it says bumper is in good condition. Asked for issue to be fix for them to turn around say no it isn’t their problem. And ended up leaving the established with an employee running out cussing us out when all I asked was for a refund because service was not rendered. Worst service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My wife and I sadly both were rear ended within a week of each other and we chose Fix Auto for our repairs and could not be happier w/ our entire experience. My insurance covered my wreck so it was very swift(State Farm), Liz kept me updated constantly on progress and timing so we planned ahead for our rental. The only place around that would work with my difficult M-F work schedule. Picked up one car and dropped off another 2 weeks later. My wife’s wreck was someone else’s insurance which was really terrible, hard to deal with or contact. Liz said, don’t worry I’ll handle it from here. Got the car back, both look like nothing happened. Hopefully don’t need them again BUT if I do, I’m coming back. Go there people, they’re very professional and honest!
