They arranged a flatbed pickup right away — the tow driver was incredibly kind — and Lindsay kept me informed throughout the entire repair process with professionalism and care. She also helped coordinate an additional repair, making everything easy and stress-free. When I ran into an unexpected rental car issue after holiday travel, George, the owner, went above and beyond by arranging and covering an extra day of rental so I could get home safely and pick up my vehicle. I cannot speak highly enough about Fix Auto in St. Stephen's NB. Needing a car fixed is stressful enough, but living out of province and knowing no one in the area heightens the stress. Lindsay and George were so kind, professional and understanding. They took care of everything! They worked with insurance and car rental agency to ensure a smooth transition. They communicated extremely well and followed through on their timelines. Their work was exceptional! They have an eye for detail and take pride in the cars they fix. Fix Auto in St. Stephen is amazing!! I can't stress that enough. They are professional in every way. Before they had opened their business my insurance company sent me to Fix Auto in Saint John. They did a nasty paint job, damaged the new bumper they had put on, glued on trim that they couldn't get flush with the vehicle, and chipped the corner of my back window... among other things. That Fix Auto is now Centennial Collision but they have the same crew on staff... just changed their name. And they were not courteous. I was told to go wait outside for my rental to arrive. Fix Auto in St. Stephen pointed out a number of problems with the work that had been done... problems I would never have known existed! They corrected everything and my car looks fantastic!
