They went above and beyond, leaving my car in better condition than it was. The car was my husbands last gift to me before he passed away so I was very pleased that Fix Auto Temple City took such good care of my car.

I rarely leave reviews but I will for this time. I had an amazing experience with Fix auto, and a huge shoutout to Johnny. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. From start to finish, the communication was clear (I always received updates via texts and calls). My Lexus RX 450h had a busted tire, and after filing a claim with GEICO, I was referred here, I was skeptical at first tbh, but I’m so glad I was directed here. Johnny made the entire process smooth and stress-free for me and my mom. We paid my $500 deductible (+ an additional $100 for a brand new tire) and didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, and the quality of the work was excellent. My Lexus looks brand new and drives perfectly again. Thanks again for all your help Johnny!

Do you know why Fix Auto Temple City has 5 stars? Well let me tell you… I went in to repair some minor damages on my vehicle. I was greeted with the most pleasant staff I have ever met at an auto repair shop. I had been referred to other shops, but the did not repair Tesla. Fix Auto Temple City repairs Tesla without over charging or adding on unseen fees. I would highly recommend Fix Auto Temple City to anyone looking to repair their vehicle.

I've had another top-notch experience at Fix Auto. I brought my Model Y in during May 2024 for a major repair (rear-end accident — entire bumper torn off). Fix Auto took care of the repairs in a timely manner. I really appreciated how Bill was sensitive to the delay in ordering parts from Tesla at that time, so he pre-ordered the parts he needed. Only after everything had arrived at the shop did they schedule me to drop off my car. They got me set up with a rental car and handled all communication with Tesla Insurance.
