This shop truly earned my trust with how they handled a recent issue. I’ve always had positive experiences here, but this situation really stood out. After some work was done on my car, a part failed and left me stranded at work. Instead of brushing it off, the team acted immediately. They sent a senior technician to my location, took care of the problem on the spot, and brought the car back to the shop to correct everything properly. The staff was respectful, calm, and took full responsibility. It’s rare to find a business that responds so quickly and professionally when something goes wrong. That level of accountability makes all the difference.

Avoid this place at any costs! They are a fraud and dishonest business. My car was leaking brake fluid badly and I brought my car here for a repair. The repair advisor David told me that they need to replace my brake master cylinder, booster, booster check valve, cylinder reservoir, booster gasket, which cost $1600 and they charged me $1000 for the labor ($165/h). However, when I picked up my car, I realized all parts are not replaced with new parts. Those are the old ones that were in my car (part’s bar code and serial numbers were the same. Even the stains on the parts are the same.) They lied to me that the parts are replaced and the new ones have the same product code and same serial number. They were so easy to communicate with (picked up the phone right away every time), were able to fit me in on a moments notice (very flexible with scheduling, said I could come in whenever), and were proactive in ordering necessary parts. So easy and stress free, would highly recommend!

Don't go here, they are either inept or scammers This happened a few months ago but I finally decided to leave a review. Girlfriend brought her car here because there was a terrible rattling noise in the engine. They said it was because the battery needed to be replaced and she paid around $200 for this (she didnt know how easy it is to replace a battery yourself). On the way home the rattling was still there. When I got home from work I opened the hood and IMMEDIATELY saw the air intake was rattling because the screws came off.
