Fix-it With Fred

I had issues where I bought my truck. It was as a sensor with a check engine light on. After I got it back from the hack shop. I took it here explained everything to Ash and Fred. I asked to clear code to see if it was fixed it was not. So I brought the truck back to them and they did a full inspection on the truck and found a ton more stuff wrong with it. ( do not do business with royal family motors). I am very happy to say from start to finish my experience with Ash and Fred has been refreshing. What they did do was earned more business because I took another car to them and as of right now it runs and drives a hell of lot better and is safe for a new driver. I do think a little pricey. I wanted to get my car inspected and diagnosed somewhere else because other shops could not identify the problem. I saw that Fix it With Fred had really good reviews and specialized in Hyundais, so I wanted to give them a try. They performed a very thorough inspection on not only the problem areas, but of the entire car. They identified the problems and sent me a very detailed report online of everything they did. I was able to see what they found and the repairs they did after I approved them. I was pleased with their communication via messaging and friendly staff. They gave me a loaner car while mine was being fixed, but it had a few minor issues. However, this did not really impact my experience. Ash and Jen answered all my questions and were very friendly. From the moment that I purchased a car from a local dealership, I had nothing but issues. Ash at Fix It With Fred was an absolute go to for advice and reliable service. Just a few months after purchasing the car, it faced major and costly repairs. Ash was very awesome in helping us work with the dealership in getting them to come to a reasonable settlement with his detailed reports, pictures, and videos of the components. This company is amazing . I spoke with Ash the whole time about my vehicle. I had originally went elsewhere to get a quote on what it would be to fix it and I did not like the service I was receiving. I called into Fix it with Fred and Ash answered the phone. I explained everything that was going on and from the start I felt relief that this company was going to help me. They did a thorough inspection on my car and found out exactly what it was and explained everything to me to make sure I knew what I was paying for. Their customer service is AMAZING and they are compassionate and caring which is hard to find . I will be returning for all my car needs . Recommend this company through and through . My first experience with Fix it with Fred was great! I was pretty nervous about what could be wrong with my vehicle, but Ash was very kind and patient.
