Flagship Carwash

Went today for the free car wash their offering. Since it’s new to the area thought I’d try it out plus they offered the undercarriage wash. Went thru no issues the people that work are cool. As I pulled up after the wash I pull over to look at the truck and just to have soap all over. For offering the high option as free car wash, to still feel like I went thru a quick wash instead. Won’t be coming back, heads up for those looking for a wash in the area

Previously, I left a review explaining the poor service they have, but this Sunday I decided to give them another chance and use the membership I’m paying for. To my surprise, the place was closed. Another person was also trying to wash their car and enter the office, and they were told the same thing: that the machines were frozen. It’s been three days since my last visit and the review I left, and the service is still disappointing. This is really poor service. If they’re charging a membership fee, they should ensure that the service is available or at least provide prior notice. I’m seriously considering canceling the membership and requesting a refund.

I stopped by Flagship Car Wash today with my F-150 after signing up for a free wash. I wanted to check out this newer local car wash since it’s more convenient for my day-to-day travel than some of the other options nearby. Like many modern car washes, it’s primarily a subscription-based model, but you can also purchase individual washes if you prefer. The wash itself was solid — my truck came out clean and the blowers did a good job removing most of the water. There isn’t an attendant stationed at the end of the wash, so if you want to do additional drying or detailing you’ll need to pull into the vacuum/detail area afterward. I love that I can vacuum and dry my car myself. They can wash your rubber mats if you ask, which is a great bonus. For me, it’s absolutely worth it compared to other full service places in the area. This is an update since my previous visit. I came back on the weekend, and unfortunately all the good service I experienced before was gone. The young curly-haired employee at the machine was not attentive and did not provide assistance. This time they also gave me a hard time when I tried to wash my floor mats, and after that they threw them by my truck instead of placing them properly. In addition, the stations ran out of towels, which made the experience even worse. Overall, the service this time was disappointing compared to my previous visit.

This wash blows away the other wash I was using… they would turn off every roller and I basically only got soap and water… Flagship was a thorough wash without scratches on my rear quater panel and best of all they use all their rollers! My charger came out clean as ever!
