Flagship Carwash

The female employees are very arrogant and think they're all that. The boys are friendlier than the girls. If things continue like this, the car park is going to go bankrupt because they're always on their phones while other cars wait. And if it's late, they arrive right after closing time and say it's already closed, and many cars have to leave or get in their car.

I have the car wash membership been going religiously for like 6 months. Every time I go get a wash no matter which location they only have one person spraying down the car but ONLY the driver side but there would be two people standing there, why isn’t the passenger side getting the same treatment especially when 50-60% of the time the car doesn’t come out as clean as you’d expect. Just annoying to see one person working while another is just standing around on their phone.

Super sweet deal is the monthly exterior wash, but more employees equals wac service on detailing... I have to mention that some employees may purposefully downgrade your wash on their own opinion (shame)

Very friendly service. It was busy so there were not many clean towels to use. Vacuums worked as expected. Glass cleaner is available but since the towels hadn't been due to how busy they were I skipped it this time.

I’ve been living in the USA for 19 months now, and only a few things make me feel like I’m truly in the USA. One of those things is the Flagship stores. On the other hand, I’m sorry to say that 90% of places here can’t even provide good service or a better experience. Whether you’re buying a $50,000 car or a $500,000 house, or even going shopping or eating, the experience is usually terrible. But I must give big respect to the Flagship stores for maintaining such high standards.
