Flagship Carwash

These guys are great, the staff is friendly. The people that complained that they’re free car wash wasn’t ready that day because they had mechanical issues are absolute jokes. It’s like getting a free dinner and complaining that your steak isn’t cooked to your liking. I highly recommend, and all the other locations I’ve been to are just as good. Thank you and we’ll see you soon.

Good location, bad onsite management, and poor planning. Flagship should be encouraging people to move along, managing the line, and opening spots for cars comjng out of the carwash. Instead, they tell me i can't wait for a spot because the line is backing up. As soon as i pull up, 2 cars pull out, and the 2 cars behind me take those spots...managers tell me I can come back another day... So had to go home with waterspots on my car... won't be back

Waste of time! Why give customers free car wash coupons for a limited time when you are not even open? Was rudely sent away by an employee telling me they are closed, "for that," as he pointed to a maintenance truck. The best flagship is right down the road in Gainesville. Please teach your employees how to say, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, please come back at this time." Had that taken place I wouldn't have written this bad review.

Started off paying when it opened at 23.99 a month now pay 29.99.for sane service non stop all these years they forgot about the grandfather... The tire shine guy/gal are acting like they doing your tire shine.. they sometimes they must be using water because there's absolutely nothing there when watched them put it on wet.. it dries to nada. Just a day tire 5 min later when it dries. Lol

This place has a horrible design with zero runway after the wash tunnel if they are busy. You have to keep looping around until a vacuum/bay is open, but as you are looping there WILL be people who came after you that pull into a spot that opens up which isn't fair or right. Employees are oblivious and won't assist. Every single Flagship car wash sucks other than the large indoor location in Ashburn. Most of the employees are lazy, slow, and do less than the bare minimum. Oftentimes there is broken equipment in the wash tunnel that stays broken for months. I canceled my membership, it's just not worth it.
