Flagship Carwash

This place doesn't perform the service they sell. Go elsewhere. I got the $44 Flagship wash, which includes interior vacuuming and tire shine. They did a lackluster job vacuuming, didn't vacuum the back at all, and didn't do anything to my tires (certainly no tire shine). I think they were trying to get as many cars out as quickly as possible so as soon as one was pulling out of the carwash and they had nowhere to put it they quickly told me my car was finished and didn't actually perform the full service I paid for.

For some reason, the manager Darrel/Darien became very upset and said that I should have told him before. I don’t understand why I would need to say that in advance when it’s clearly a three-row SUV and all the floor mats should normally be cleaned as part of the service. I’m very unhappy with the service. The interior cleaning was poorly done — many areas were missed and the car was clearly not cleaned with care. Also, Google shows this car wash as open, but when I arrived, they said they were not open yet. If your hours are different, they should be updated. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

My little one got sick in the car, and I didn’t know where else to take it. Zeida did an amazing job cleaning everything, and even the young lady at the front who receives the cars was so kind and understanding — she assured me they would help. The seats look spotless and there’s no smell at all. I’m very grateful for their care and highly recommend them!

Shocking how poorly the interior was "cleaned." They hosed down the floor mats, left them soaking, and didn't clean literally anything else. The exterior was also poorly cleaned, with several areas seemingly entirely uncleaned. I paid for the most comprehensive service. Would recommend avoiding there are significantly better options.
