Flash Car Wash

Flash is and has been my "Go To!" Car Wash since it opened !!!!!! Thomas Rugerio, who I believe is the supervisor there...is without a doubt, the key to the entire operation. Professional- Always courteous and greets not only me..but all the customers who bring their vehicles for some TLC., with a great attitude and smile on his face... Rain or Shine!!!! Clearly his personality and consistent demeanor is why you/he/Flash Inc. retains many of the employees who i see there on a regular basis. Thank you for keeping the tunnel cranking throughout the madness of our New England winters/& all the seasons. I along with many whom I have referred to your organization are very happy with the product you sell... ..a state of the art - clean ride!!! All the best with the business moving forwar

Was there Feb.14 2026. Took my car for a wash paint for the platinum wash. They send me through, once car was on first step, they stopped machine. Made me reverse back out. I dont trust these car wash places because although you pay for a service how can you tell if you are getting it, right? So they send me back through and I notice that the light for hot wax dont turn on, sealant dont turn on, and the roller to dry car doesn't come down. I go around wife asks for help they dont want to attend her. One teller asks whats wrong she says we didnt get the full service at that moment manager over hears which he didnt want to help at first and says we have to look at car. Look at what? How can you tell if i got hot wax and sealant when car is fully washed? This place is a rip off. Not only did

Awesome car wash! Easy in and out. Great value for your money. After you get your car washed they have free vacuums to use.

I'm not a huge fan of automatic car washes. This one didn't really do the job I was looking form I got the platinum wash thinking it would get everything off my car but that's not what happened. The snow/ice in my wheel well did not get removed and I still had to get out and take it out myself. Not to mention the bird poop was also still on my car. Compared to a car wash with real people that service your vehicle. This place is fine for a quick wash but if you actually want a real cleaning I recommend going where you can have someone put some elbow grease into it.

they had me wait 15+ minutes at the gate to verify my account. one girl with too much makeup and another large circular girl were talking amongst themselves, a manager came out and thought I was lying, until they realized I wasn’t and eventually let me through. outside of the managers customer service and managerial skills, that situation and communication was very poorly handled. those girls need to talk about work and things that matter to them, not other people. giving hating vibes for sure.
