Flat Rock did a great job. Chase was the kinda dude I’d drink a beer with. In fact, I offered him one. He declined because he was on duty but you could tell he was good to shoot the shit with. They arrived earlier than expected and got my ride home quick. They know what they’re doing. Would recommend for sure.

Not only did he arrive fast, but he also went above and beyond by helping fix my truck right there on the spot. Thanks to him, I didn’t even need a tow, which saved me a lot of money and hassle. Chase came out last night after waiting for over an hour for a different towing service. He came out in 10 minutes. I had a blowout with my son. I am a single mom and my 13 year old son wanted to learn how to change a tire so we would never be this situation again. Chase took the time to show him and showed a little bit about his experience. I am truly grateful and we made it back home safely.

Chase was very professional and courteous. He arrived within the estimated time given by dispatch, and we were safely on our way. His friendly nature put me at ease during a very stressful time, for which I am very grateful.
